Speed up your checkout process

Check Orders

1. Click the Orders tab to view a list of all Orders for your account.

2. Sort and filter by key columns:

   1. ERP # (invoice number)

   2. Status (stage of order)

   3. Location Name (job name)

   4. Purchase Order (PO number)

   5. Invoiced (date billed)

   6. Total (cost)

Order Details

1. See more order details by clicking the > symbol on the right side of the page. Details include:

   1. Re-order previous orders

   2. PDF of the order

   3. Delivery pictures

   4. Proof of Delivery (POD)

QUICK TIP

Select multiple orders at once and click Actions in the top right corner to download PDFs or request lien releases.

Sort and Filter

1. Click Columns on the right-side control panel to customize which information is displayed.

2. Click Views on the right-side control panel to save the columns and filters you have selected for future use.

3. The waffle-shaped icon turns the page into an Excel spreadsheet. Copy and paste information right from the screen.

Search Bar Navigation

The Search Bar is in the top right corner of your screen. It is very useful to find Quotes and Orders quickly. You can also search for:

1. Address – full or partial

2. Jobsite names

3. Jobsite contacts

4. Phone numbers

5. Products

6. Purchase order numbers

Check Proof of Delivery Images

1. Click the Orders tab.

2. Click the Files tab across the top.

3. Proof of delivery pictures and other files associated with the order can be viewed or downloaded.
