Founded in 2002, Construction Supply of Southwest Florida, Inc., which is based in Sarasota, FL, is a leading distributer of various stucco, building, and waterproofing supplies serving the Sarasota, Bradenton, Venice and North Port local markets with broader outreach to the Tampa and Ft. Myers markets. 

Construction Supply partners with Gator Gypsum, Inc., a leader in specialty building products distribution in central and southwestern Florida, to provide additional complementary products across the region.

Our strategy is simple: big or little, every customer matters to us. We offer courteous and accommodating customer service, drive-through pick-up and delivery, and special orders.

Building Materials

Stucco
Our stucco inventory includes stucco texture, lath-metal and plastic-high-low-paperback, vinyl casing beads, corner beads, and galvanized and zinc products.
Concrete block
Our concrete inventory includes regular blocks, half blocks, 1/2 high blocks, 3/4 blocks, partition blocks, header blocks, column blocks, and lintel blocks.
Bagged goods
Our bagged goods inventory includes stucco mix, bulk sand, silica sand, concrete mix, mortar mix, masonry, structolite chipsolite, perlite, and premix products.
Additional Products
We carry a wide variety of tools including trowels, adhesive and foam guns, utility knives and blades, tile flooring, drywall, waterproofing, and safety products.
