Leigh Dobbs, our SVP, Chief Human Resources Officer, joined us in September 2022. Prior to joining GMS, Dobbs served as EVP and Chief Human Resources Officer for Zenith American Solutions, Inc. Also, from 2013 to 2020, Leigh worked in progressive leadership positions within Human Resources for Randstad North America, and from 2009 to 2013, she served as Director, Compensation and Benefits for building products distributor, BlueLinx Corporation. Leigh earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech and a Master of Business Administration from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
